RETURN & FAQs

Fast Delivery

Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 12-24 hours.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order.  
When an order is ready to ship, we will send an email with your tracking number and you can track the delivery through usps.

30-Day Return

At Jelroy, our goal is to offer you the best high quality product and consumer services. But if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchased price within 30 days of delivery, shipping cost will not be refunded as it is paid to shipping carrier. Be sure to include name name and order number.  Email us contact@jelroy.com

Exchanges

The best option for an exchange is to return make a return of your order, and once it is inspected and accepted, you can go ahead and anew purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether or not if it was approved. If we approve your return you will be automatically refund the account on file.  Please take note that it will take a couple of days for the refund to reflect in your account and that depends on your bank.  Further questions reach out via contact@jelroy.com.

Non-Returnable Item 

Sorry we do not accept returns of items on sales and gift cards, and promotions.

Received Wrong Order / Damages

Every order is carefully inspected before it ships nevertheless we encourage you to inspect you you order after delivery for damages or if you received a wrong order and kindly send us an email on time so we can quickly rectify the situation.

FAQ

How do I cancel an order?

If after placing an order you change your mind, you can cancel it within 24 hours before we email  information on your orders to you.  Email: contact@jelroy.com, please be sure to attach you Name, Address, and your order number.

Do I Receive A Tracking For My order

All Jelroy orders are accompanied by an email containing a tracking number when it is shipped out.  If you do not receive a tracking within 2 business days please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

I Need Assistance To Place An Order

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds in the original payment can take 3-5 business days to be credited back to your account depending on your bank.
